Fresh Pineapple

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • cinnamon or nutmeg
  • fresh mint

Instructions
 

  • Combine diced pineapple with lime juice and toss lightly to distribute the lime juice.
  • Season with cinnamon or nutmeg.
  • Garnish with mint and serve.
