Fresh Pineapple

Fresh fruit in season always makes for a good light afternoon snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • cinnamon or nutmeg
  • fresh mint

Method
 

  1. Combine diced pineapple with lime juice and toss lightly to distribute the lime juice.
  2. Season with cinnamon or nutmeg.
  3. Garnish with mint and serve.
