Corn on the Cob

Corn is a quick and easy side dish that goes with so many meals.

  • 2 ears of corn (remove husks and silk. Cut in half or serve whole)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar


  • Fill a medium pot half way up with water.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Add all other ingredients.
  • Simmer for 8 minutes.
  • Remove corn from water, drain and serve.
