Corn on the Cob
Corn is a quick and easy side dish that goes with so many meals.
- 2 ears of corn (remove husks and silk. Cut in half or serve whole)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- dash of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Fill a medium pot half way up with water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Simmer for 8 minutes.
- Remove corn from water, drain and serve.
