Corn on the Cob

Corn is a quick and easy side dish that goes with so many meals.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ears of corn (remove husks and silk. Cut in half or serve whole)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Method
 

  1. Fill a medium pot half way up with water.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add all other ingredients.
  4. Simmer for 8 minutes.
  5. Remove corn from water, drain and serve.
