A morning smoothie is a great way to start your day!
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries
- 1 frozen banana
- handful of baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Pour almond milk and yogurt into blender first and then add all the other ingredients.
- Blend in blender until everything is smooth.
- Pour into glasses.
- Whip cream and mint may be added to top with fresh berries. Enjoy!
