Berry Smoothie

A morning smoothie is a great way to start your day!

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful of baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  • Pour almond milk and yogurt into blender first and then add all the other ingredients.
  • Blend in blender until everything is smooth.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • Whip cream and mint may be added to top with fresh berries. Enjoy!
