Berry Smoothie

A morning smoothie is a great way to start your day!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful of baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method
 

  1. Pour almond milk and yogurt into blender first and then add all the other ingredients.
  2. Blend in blender until everything is smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses.
  4. Whip cream and mint may be added to top with fresh berries. Enjoy!
