Easy Chocolate Cupcakes
Make your boxed cake mix taste homemade!
Ingredients
- 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix
- 3 eggs
- butter
- water
Instructions
- Follow the instructions on the cake mix box except when it calls for eggs use 3, and use melted butter instead of oil. Mix well.
- Line the cupcake tray and fill. Then bake for the recommended time and temperature on the cake mix box. Enjoy!
Since my husband likes chocolate I like to use this brand. So many people comment these cupcakes taste rich and moist and that’s because I use butter instead of oil.
When filling the cupcakes I used this batter dispenser. It makes it fast and easy to fill the cupcakes.
You can make mini cupcakes for tea parties, cupcake size for special occasions, or large muffin size to cut in half and share.
