Peanut Butter Frosting

Many people love peanut butter so we are sharing a peanut butter frosting recipe. It's wonderful on chocolate cupcakes. So delicious and yummy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Butter at room temperature
  • 3 cups Powdered Sugar Sifted
  • 1/4 cup Milk

Method
 

  1. In a bowl mix peanut butter and butter with an electric mixer until fully combined.
  2. Add powdered sugar.
  3. First mix at a lower speed, then at a higher speed.
  4. Add milk as necessary one tablespoon at a time until it is right consistency
  5. Spread frosting on cupcakes.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
