- In a small saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add tea bags (or loose tea). Steep for 5 minutes.
- Add raspberries and honey (or simple syrup). Stir gently and let steep another 10 minutes to infuse the flavor.
- Strain the tea into a large pitcher, pressing the raspberries to release their juices. Discard solids.
- Stir in 4 cups of cold water. Taste and sweeten more if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until chilled.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices, fresh raspberries, and mint.
