Pumpkin Pecan Brownies
- Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit
- In a mixing bowl add brownies mix, egg and pumpkin until smooth.

- At this point you can add the sugar for more sweetness if you choose, the pumpkin spice and chopped pecans.

- Oil 9x9 inch pan and spread the batter into it.

- Bake for 40-45 minutes until set.

- Let cool completely. Cut out shapes with cookie cutter.

- Place in serving dish of your choice and top with the Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream and Chopped Pecans.

Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream
- Place mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the refrigerator for about a half hour or so. Take out when ready to use.
- Take bowl from refrigerator and add all ingredients. Turn mixer on using medium speed. It will take about 2-3 minutes. Do not over beat or it will become butter. Once you see stiff peaks start to form, turn off mixer. It should be scoop-able and hold it's shape.

- For a special touch, load the Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream into a decorating bag and swirl it onto your brownies. It's so easy and pretty your guests will be impressed. Top with added chopped pecans if you wish.
