Fresh Pineapple
Fresh fruit in season always makes for a good light afternoon snack.
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- cinnamon or nutmeg
- fresh mint
Combine diced pineapple with lime juice and toss lightly to distribute the lime juice.
Season with cinnamon or nutmeg.
Garnish with mint and serve.
